Here’s how to stay ahead of dehydration:
🥤 Keep 2 water bottles — one chilled, one electrolyte
🚫 Avoid too much caffeine (yes, even at 4am call) and pair each coffee with water
🍉 Snack on hydrating foods like fruit or cucumber
⏰ Set reminders on your phone or watch to remember to drink
🧠 Dehydration = fatigue, headaches, slow reaction time. And no one has time for that.
